Gai36's Terms and Conditions — Must be read before using the platform

1 Introduction & Consent

Gai36 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "gai36") is an online gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between gai36 and its users ("you" or "member").

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200. The maximum limit is determined by your account's VIP level.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. During peak times or when additional verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• As part of our anti-money laundering policy, withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Extended inactivity (typically 12 months).
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

You may also request to close your account at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure; however, any active bonuses and free spins will be forfeited.
